Hello Midwestjim,

Take a look at the top of the forum for this sticky: Restoring from an offline computer. 

That should get you started with the basics. If you have further questions you can also check out the Help link located at the top of every page of the product. If your questions are still not covered please be explicit in what you need assistance with in regards to restoring.
