Your Subscription Expired 129 Days Ago

We purchased additional storage when it was time to renew, however I continue to get numerous pop up expiration messages from subscriptions that were not renewed. These messages appear on both of our PC'S that use Norton Online Backup. We have not had any problems with backups being performed and the home page reports plenty of available space.

Please advise how to stop these pop up expiration messages. Thanks for your help.

There are two ways we can eliminate them. Both of which involve contacting support to disable the expired packages. You can reach out to Tier 1 via www.norton.com/chat and ask them to disable all expired subscriptions. Alternatively you can send me a private message, containing your Norton account email address and a link to this thread, and I can do it.

Please note once the expired space is disabled you will see your overall quota drop. It will reflect what you're currently paying for now.

The other option is ignore it and the automated systems will eventually disable the older space.
