Cost of online backup.

Norton 360. Windows 7. Personal home use. Currently I am trying to solve missing external hard drive space via Norton Community Forum, as I can't back-up. Consequently I have been looking at online storage as an alternative. Apparently I can get 25 GB storage for $80, but my external hard drive shows that I am using almost 500 GB ... and my wife has another computer. Could you tell me, in say graduations of 100 GB, how much I would have to pay for online storage above 25 GB.

Hello BadgerBob

It's going to be prohibitively costly in your particular instance. You can find pricing here. Both Norton 360 and Norton Online Backup share space. This way you can purchase Norton Online Backup and have access to the additional features plus Norton 360's backup capacity.

If you don't want Norton Online Backup, only space, please reach out to chat support and they can quote the 100 GB pricing. If you do need to continue to backup 500 GB the external drive is the better option. The time alone it'd take to upload 500 GB would be quite long. I'd suggest utilizing online backup for core data you absolutely cannot lose and use the external for backing up items like music, etc.
