I have about 13G for online back up, and it took about more than 10 hours for only 3%, why it took so long? Do I just wait? It's that mean every time back up I need to wait for more than 10 hours?
i had back up online trial, do I need to remove this trial "Computer"?

What's your Internet Upload speed. This may determining your Backup Time. And as it is you are having large amount of Data to be Backed Up.
And would like to ask are you using N360 for Backup, then you are in the wrong forum.
If so I will ask the Moderator to move this post to N360 Forum, as it belongs there.

What is Internet 25/25!!!??? Mb or Kb. Give more details. Normally upload speed is far less than the Download speed.
And What security suite you are using? N360? Because Norton Online Backup is different from Backup in N360.

25/25? What's that? Never heard of that....
If you are using wifi, right-click your wifi network, and choose "Status". The number that is after speed, in terms of Mbps, is the speed of your connection.
