Online Backup will not save my Quicken Backup files (.qdf).

Through trial and error I was able to determine which files were a problem. However, I do not know why?

These are files from a popular program-Quicken 2012 (.QDF). I can't understand why Norton has a problem with them.

Hello boleyd,

I am sorry for the frustration that you're having trying to backup your Quicken files. I have a few questions for you. 1st, is your Quicken on more try to run the backup. 2nd, have you tried to run the backup with Quicken and closed?
