Norton online back up error codes A2203 and A2819

Hi

I have a new Toshiba computer with Windows 8 loaded.  I have only been using the Norton Online Backup for a week or so and do not have a lot of stuff loaded onto the new PC at this stage.  The first 3 backups were successful however since then the last 10 attempts have failed with the above error code and it doesn't appear that anything has been backed up.  In amongst the failed backups there is another failed attempt with a different error code, A2819.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
