I was using online backup as a N360 client. Although there is supposedly a "purge" option under file actions--there isn't! I submitted data purge request 2 weeks ago--no response, no action. So it looks like the only way to get anything done is a phone call. Not the best of support.

I called Backup Support and spoke to Michael. Due to some problem at Norton's end, he was unable to open the purge request I had submitted to [removed] It wasn't anything that could be done from my end so I gave him control of my computer. He checked a few things and was able to see a copy of the request I had saved. He purged the data as we spoke.
Re: I'm having the same problem as cohbraz regarding Backup Data Purge.
