Can't Purge

When I try to Purge I get this message.   This has been happening for several days. I was waiting for your company to fis this as the message promised.

Norton Online Backup is sorry something went wrong and will look at it right away.

While awaiting for apparently non-existant support I decided to simply remove the computer. Then reconfigure the program and resume backups. This worked.

I have no idea how long I would have been without backup service had I relied on support from Norton. If I had not paid for the program I would have simply abandoned it.
