Norton Online Backup - incorrect usage quota

Hi - I need someone from Norton to correct my quota usage - it's showing 46% of 55GB used.

I've just reactivated the subscription - 25GB for a year, and have cleared everything out - so it should be showing zero.

I can the PM the details.
