i bought norton 360 5.0 and installed it on my pc and it showed i had 365 days remaining. in less than 1 month it said my free trial expired. there was no other norton products on my pc, my norton removal tool removed the original (expired) free trial and i couldnt recover my installed purchased copy. it was like it never existed and i did register it. i reinstalled it and it registered. i checked my online account and it shows i have 0 installs left. there should have been 1 left because i installed it on my other laptop.the only other pc i was using was my sister in law's which i installed a free trial while i was using it. so why did my original install revert back to a trial and make me install it twice and waste one?
