Does anyone know what these 0 kb downloads are that show up in my Downloads folder?

Hello vorticon. What is your OS on the computer this is happening? Also, what is your current version of Norton that you have installed? I’m not seeing any Norton HTML files in download folders on Windows 10 or 11.
