0CF64F1E.TMP

For the past 24 hours or so I've been getting Norton pop out flags about this file. NIS always allows the file but after awhile it pops out again. Same File, same resolution. Norton says it has no information on this file and can't even tell where it's being downloaded from. Here's the info dump.
