I have an NPE error0x80004005,n5,nCO. It has something to do with the Norton eraser. I contacted Norton. They said they told me to contact Microsoft.0x80004005,n5,nCO What does Microsoft have to do with a Norton error? I noticed in the forum . Some people had this same problem in 2011. I uninstalled Norton completely and also restored the whole computer and then reinstalled Norton . The error still exist, Could you please help me. Any help would be appreciated.
