0x80042108 error in Outlook2003 NIS20.2.0.19 POP3 and SMTP when Email Antivirus and Antispan are on

Hello.

Had Norton all running for ages and all fine. Following email a few weeks ago i updates as from my Norton NIS program.

Now have 20.2.0.19. But since then the only way i can access my POP3 nd SMTP emails is to disable Email Antivirus and Antispam. With either of these turned on then i get the 0x80042108 error messages and nothing come thro.

Can anyone advise on how can fix as this is driving me nuts as all was fine but now its not.
