1 year renewal of Norton 360

Hi

 

I keep selecting the 1 year renewal, but each time I do so I am then offered only the 2 year renewal product!  I have 2 days left and I am using the automatic product renewal process.  How can I renew for one year only?

Thanks - that worked well.  The virtual support was hopeless and extremely irritating, but a real person ...   fantastic   :-)
