My 11yr old showed me how to avoid ALL house rules! Apparently accessing the Usage Data Access & selecting off turns it off. I didn’t see an alert for it on my list. Is there a way to block access to this area on the android? All the kids have to do is turn it off. Help! I took pics of her screen to show the location where the change occurs, but they’re jpg so I can’t upload.
Hi MamaDoz,
Our engineering team checked your account and our records show alert notifications were sent when app usage permission is tampered. Can you please check again to see if you received the email notification and activity alerts on the dates mentioned below.
On 24th June, App usage permission was tampered and an alert activity for this tamper was posted immediately.
Then the device was active till 25th June and no activities was reported on June 26.
On June 27th June, a new device binding was found for the same child( Probably the child unbound the old binding on June 25 or June 26).
App usage activities, search and web related log activities have been getting generated and posted regularly from 27th June.
On 28th June and 3rd July, device location permission was tampered and alert activities for this tamper were sent immediately.
Thanks
Katie

Can you please send me your Norton Family account email address by private message via the forum by clicking Inbox at upper right hand corner?
Thanks

Hi Katie,
It’s a Samsung Galaxy S6 Active. I use the Norton App & also the desktop version on my laptop if that helps (depends on where I am).
Thx!
Hi MamaDoz,
