Hi yesterday I had a problem with Norton 360 product key Contact customer support Tried to remote access to do it that way couldn't do it then they phoned me he was trying to fix it with me for roughly about 30 minutes (nice man) then he said I'll phone you back within the hour. 17 hours later still no phone call so go and customer support again they sent me a link I put one of my products keys in and totally fine happy days im all protected the second one come up with a little error asking me to ring customer support team yes I was a bit annoyed with having to wait 17 hours the manager of technical support O800 090 3930 was calling me putting me down because I'm dyslexic swearing at me I've never been so disgusted in my life in fact I'm in shock I was about 13 year loyal customer SHAME SHAME on you Norton 360
