What is wrong with you people at Symantec? Sure gradual updates are fine. But it’s been 7 days and I still do not have 16.7.2.11
 
Who do I have to contact to get it? Do I have to talk to chat support? This is nuts I was very happy with 16.7.2.10 and now I’m stuck with 16.5.0.135 because of your unclear announcement.
