19.1.1.3:File Insight: 'No Internet connection' fake message on THE .msi-type file

Subj. Sample is workable installer. Comparing with other msi-files shown that header of files (or its first part) are the same.

On any other *.msi-type files File Insight window are shown and working just fine.

Does Symantec need the sample? probably will wait for company answer...

No any further research? Accept your message as Solution?

This is happening on files that do not have any reputation data, instead of saying that the file is unknown, it is displaying that error message. This can happen when you are looking at one file, or you are running a full reputation scan. We already have a fix I just dont know when it will be released.

Thank you for detailed answer! :smileyhappy:
