My first suggestion would be to see if this occurs with the current build of N360 (v 2.4.0.4)  Additionally, I'm not real familiar with the Hexago Virtual Multi-Tunneladapter.  If this is similar to a VPN tunnel, then I'm not certain if the product has been tested with that.  Does this error only occur when you're trying to use the Hexago Virtual Multi-Tunneladapter?

nope, the problem occurs also on my regular internet connection. (http://www.tips4pc.com/images/aaaa.GIF)

I get this message:

It is not possible to disable the connection at this time. This connection maybe using one or more protocols that do not support Plug and play, or it may have been initiated by another user or the system account. The only way to disable the connection is to reboot te system.  After a reboot all works as usual. My guess is that N360 changes some of the network settings.

Hi Reyals,

The various scans within N360v2 will not make any modifications to your network. Although, the firewall feature will of course allow, block, and customize rules for network applications depending upon its analysis.

I did some research on your issue and found the following link which I hope you will find helpful. Please specifically review the proposed solution by the user, "bmense"

If you get a chance, please reply and let us know if this helped.

Thanks,

Matt

I’ll keep this in mind, as soon as the problem occurs I’ll give it a try!
