They are exactly the same except for different versions - 16.0.0.125 (Stopped even though it is set to Automatic) and 22.6.0.142 (this one is Started). Did an update check and am up to date. Vista 64 Pentium (the old girl is still running). Also see 2 in Task Manager in Processes and both memories are running (changing). Now everything is running good but the only reason I bring this up is I run a resource intensive golf game and if that older NIS process is not necessary , well... Hope I didn't miss any info.
