2 months left on account - Norton 360

I have 2 months left on my Norton account. But, I came across a good deal. If I activate it now, will the 2 months carry over or do I lose them?

You will lose your subscription because another product key will be used. They have no problem combining subscription though if you call/chat with the customer support hotline as long as the products are readily available in your Norton account (say, you purchase the recent version in their website). But yeah, if it was gotten from dubious sources, then they can’t combine it, You can still reactivate using your old product key though and use the remaining two months.

I just wait til im on the last day of current subscript and have never had a problem doing it that way.  I generally buy my yearly script off a website who offers deals now and then for .1cent after rebates, have never had a problem.  Hope this helps.

As long as you know your source .......

 

One reason we suggest doing it a couple of days before the end is that that allows time for someone to check here if there is a problem and this is important when all protection ceases with the expiry of the subscription.

 

But if you are used to doing it then no problem in doing it on the last day ......
