Well, for some ppl, they maybe dont care about this, but this bothering me :(
Hello smallvill3,
I don't have any appearing in the "Show hidden icons" window you indicated, however I do have two listed when I open Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Notification Area Icons.
The first one is set for "Show Icons and Notifications", the other is set for "Only show notifications".
The result is that I have only one NIS icon in the systray at all times.
I don't know if that helps your situation.
It didnt works.

The following will fix the problem but not stop the issue always; it also involves editing the registry, so if you are not comfortable doing that then do not attempt this (although it is very simple and will not damage your system if done corretly):
Start regedit by clicking on START > Run and typing regedit and pressing Enter ( click Continue on the UAC pop up)
Navigate to the following entry:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\TrayNotify
Open the following keys and delete the contents in the keys; do not delete the keys!
IconStreams - double click on this listing and then press CTRL + A and then press DEL (basically select all and then delete)
PastIconStreams - double click on this listing and then press CTRL + A and then press DEL (again, basically select all and then delete)
Close Registry Editor and reboot your system. Windows will rebuild the Icon Stream as it loads Windows and will not include any of the extra Icons you have now.
Can u explain what exatcly happen when i do those steps?
Anyway, i just followed the steps, reboot and everything goes back to normal.
But i would't sure if those steps really fix the problem as i mention it before, it randomly appear after reboot.
Thanks
