First, my wife has Norton Mobile Security Lite with free SMS lock. She doesn't remember the code. Is there a way to retrieve the code, or reset it so we can use the feature? Her phone is not lost, she just wants to be able to lock it if need be.
Also, I tested my lock code. It worked fine, except when I unlocked my phone again using the code, a screen came up saying that my code had been reset by Norton, would I like to reset it? I said yes, and it took me to my security settings, in which I couldn't find a place to reset the Norton code. Does anyone know what this means?
