Detailed description: Hello everybody ;
I apparently have 2 detected risks noted on the application.
If I click on it, it doesn’t give me the opportunity to see what it is (see photos).
Can you help me with this? Many thanks.

The “2 Risks detected” under Device Security means your phone has 2 specific system settings currently leaving it vulnerable to exploitation. Because iOS apps are sandboxed, these are never “viruses”; they are always operating system configuration flaws.
The two most common reasons you see a count of exactly 2 are an outdated iOS version and a missing/weak device passcode or biometric setup.

This moves them out of your active warnings list.

The report shows that no malicious websites or risky Wi-Fi networks were ever encountered , meaning your web surfing is completely clean. The 2 Risks detected are strictly internal configuration issues on your iPhone.
Because iOS is heavily locked down by Apple, a “Device Security Risk” in Norton does not mean you have a virus. It means you have two specific system settings turned off that could allow an attacker to bypass your privacy if they got their hands on your phone.

Since you cannot click on the text inside the Protection Report summary, follow these steps to open the live scanner menu:
Open the main Norton 360 app.
Tap the Menu icon at the bottom of the screen.
Tap Device Security .
Common Risks and How to Fix Them
Once you are on that screen, look directly below the warning icon. You will see the two risks listed, which are almost always one of the following:

Home page Protection Report card displays “Last 90 Days” – while opening the Protection Report displays “past 30 days.” Home page Protection Report: displays 90-day totals. Tap the card → Protection Report: displays 30-day totals.
The Protection Report tells you how many Device Security risks were recorded during the reporting period. Device Security tells you what , if anything, is currently wrong.
Protection Report is retrospective; Device Security is the current-state check.
The only thing we shouldn’t claim yet is exactly what “2 Risks detected” represents or precisely how the report counts them. But we can say the number belongs to the report’s historical activity, rather than being a real-time alert saying “you currently have two risks.”

As noted in bjm_'s post above the Device Security risks are almost always
Outdated Operating System : If Norton says your iOS is out of date, go to your iPhone’s Settings > General > Software Update and install the latest Apple security patch.
Also as noted, it is reporting what Norton found with the last 30 days. In this time frame iOS was updated twice. So Norton would have detected each episode when the iOS update was available before you did the update.
