Hi, I have problem with NIS 2013 – Czech version. I am not able to update to version 20.3.0.36 (I have still version 20.2.1.22) In folder engine I have 2 subfolders - 20.2.1.22 and 20.3.0.36 but in MUI is after many live updates still 20.2.1.22. I tried to uninstall and reinstall many times with Norton Remove & Reinstall tool but problem still persists since 13.3.2013. I am using Windows XP SP3. I am satisfied with NIS and don’t want to use different antivirus. Thanks.
