My parents have apparently purchased Internet Security 2009 (1 year protection for up to 3 pcs) recently.They didn't install anything themselves though as they're not technically minded (and I wasn't around). The product was installed on a laptop a few days ago when it was sent it in for servicing, it has come back with a years worth of coverage. However when I have installed it on a second machine tonight it has immediately said zero days of coverage, with no obvious buttons or links on the application to download 2010, only invitations to re-subscribe for more money.
I have searched on the site for free renewal downloads but either I am very confused or they do not exist. What have the support people installed on our laptop and how do we get it for our other machines?
