I recently bought Internet Security 2011 and cannot complete the process of Liveupdate. The message on failure of this task is 'cannot connect to the internet'. As I am quite clearly on the internet I am at a loss as to why this occurs. I also had the same issue with 2010 and had to update my virus software manually every 3 days. As you can imagine it slowly drove me insane, and I thought it would maybe be resolved with the new package. So I now believe it to be something wrong with my set-up. Would it maybe have something to do with the wi-fi settings of my router? I am at a complete loss.
