i upgraded NIS 2010 to 2011. All seems to have gone fine, but my identify safe is not working properly. When I come to a site and have not yet logged in to identity safe, it is not prompting me to do so. (I've check several sites, so it is not an issue of accidently telling it not to prompt for a given site.) If I click on the Indentify Safe button in the browser bar, there is a long delay before I get a prompt to log in. After that, things work pretty normally. I come to site where I've saved the login, and it fills it right in. If I have more than one, it shows me the list for me to choose. i had a similar problem upgrading from 2009 to 2010 and finally had to completely uninstall Norton's stuff and reinstall. I'm hoping I don't have to do that again.
Any ideas?
