Hi - told to upload 2012 Internet Security version (on 2011 before) and now have a 'System at Risk' message.Tried to fix and download various updates all appear to go through and then it states live update finished - no update found. Yet then still states system at risk and fix not complete.
As suggested on-line I have downloaded the Norton Bootable Recovery Tool Wizard and still the System at Risk message is showing.
Can you please tell me how to sort this problem as tried all downloads and very concerned that un-secure and having to stay on line to get this sorted?
