I'm running Windows 10 x64 and NS 22.9.4.8. I have a lot of compiled VB6 programs, written by myself, that when executed, displays the start up form with an all white background for about 1/2 second before the form is populated normally. If I disable NS the form displays properly, if I enable again, the form shows the odd display behavior. I then enabled NS but went into settings and excluded the folder that contains all my VB executables and they all work properly. This behavior did NOT occur prior to 22.9.4.8. What the heck is going on? I could leave the folder excluded but I'd rather not. Something has changed with this new update. It's like all my VB programs are being scanned in a different way then other executables.
