Can anyone help me get rid of this hijack site? I have tried all the usual steps and can not get rid of it. This is a large part of why I installed Norton as I assumed it would correct this problem but it does not appear to have picked it up....it is driving me crazy.

I would recommend staying away from the power eraser. If you are going to go to one of the recommended free malware removal sites, any attempt by yourself will make the job harder for the person working with you on a 1 to 1 controlled basis which we cannot offer here. Thanks.
