I finally received the $25 Amazon gift card email, but when I go to the ifeelgood site linked in the email, after it asks for my email address, it says "An error occurred". This happens every time I try it. Still not working. I left a support message for ifeelgoods, but they don't respond.
Mine has worked though it takes a bit for the process to go through but I received a code and was able to add it to my Amazon account. thanks to all who helped in fixing this issue.

I have the same problem. I received the email saying I could claim my $25 Amazon gift card (implying immediately). I get the simple message "An Error Occurred". I have send two emails to iFeelGoods Support over the past two weeks and have not received a reply. I also sent an email to Norton with no reply so far.
This same "claim" email states that the offer will end in 30 days (from receipt of the email?). I checked and a 60 day delay from Norton Renewal will be about 5-6 days before the offer expires. If it ends up that Norton cheated me, I will cancel my Norton business (about $117/year and have been a customer for over 10 years).
Just my personal thoughts here. Nothing official.
I'm wondering if the timing for this is tied into the Norton Refund policy. I have seen where the rebate card is supposed to be received up to 60 days after renewal, ( possibly the actual renewal date of the subscription, not payment date ). This coincides with the Norton return policy of up to 60 days from purchase. That could explain the delay in delivery of the card as Norton ensures the user does not renew, get the rebate, then claim a refund.
As for once the cards are received, I have no suggestions of what is happening there. Unless the card is being received before the 60 day period, and cannot be activated until 60 days has passed.
Just tried again and cleared cache and cookies prior to attempting...still receive the error message as before. Tried to use Chrome yesterday (on my phone) and got the same error. I just curious is everyone else using the same starting link (from the email) as [Removed]
I registered when I first received the email in December 2017; My subscription auto renewed January 26, 2018; but my subscription wasn't due until February 2018 and now shows it will expire February 15, 2019. I wonder if it is possible that I need to wait until after February 15, 2018 to attempt the gift card submission? Sorry but with all the other thought processes on this thread I thought I would throw a semi-logical one out there.

I think it may help to determine a solution if people still having issues provide more details. I think the renewal date might be important and including the browsers and versions you tried like Leapfrog1964 did is a good idea. Also, you may want to try clearing the browser cache; I know this sounds like a level one support thing, but ifeelgoods.com may have set a cookie that needs to be flushed. It’s worth a try.
It seems pretty clear to me that the issue is on ifeelgoods, but Norton needs to apply a little pressure. I’d hate to lose an account like Norton over something like this if I were them and I think the total and complete lack of response on their part to customers should give Norton pause to reconsider their relationship. It’s reflecting on their brand as well.
Not working for me either. Followed the link in the email and entered my email address and get the same error message as before. using IE11 but also just tried it in chrome and same error message. This is getting frustrating wondering why it is working for some but not others.
I’m afraid it still isn’t working for me. Same error as earlier.
I just tried, and it is most definitely NOT working.
" An error has occurred" -- in both IE 11 and Firefox 58.0.2.
(I wrote three emails to support at ifeelgoods - nada.)

I was able to get the gift card code from ifeelgood yesterday.
Please read the thread people. A rep has apologized and is looking into it. It involves a third party fulfillment provider so it will involve talking between the two. This takes time. They have acknowledged the confusion and are acting on it.
the online support team also told me to wait 60 days. Since the email says to redeem within 30 days, I am loosing any confidence in Symantec. If I cannot trust them for a simple task like emails and billing, how do I know they are keeping my technology safe?
Also, the twitter team is not connected with this forum or to the billing/marketing department - sounds like loads of internal issues with the company these days

I did the same as you - I called after renewal - they said it would have to be 60 days. But I got the email for getting the gift card before the 60 days. The link says an error has occurred. I chatted with norton customer service - they said the link would work after 60 days from renewal (which for me is in about 2 weeks). So I am waiting, but my expectations are pretty low at this point. I also emailed ifeelgoods and have not received any response.
