I just installed a newer version of Norton 360 3 computer version and it says I only have 273 days left. If my memory is correct, it seems like it says that for every time I do a new install
are we getting short changed?
I just installed a Norton internet security 2010 as the time ran out

Hi Randy,
I'm not sure what happened there, but if you contact Customer Support here by Live Chat, they should be able to sought this out for you. Just explain the situation to them as they are the best way to deal with activation and subscription issues.
Please let us know how you get on.
Thanks, Dave.
Hi slipchuck,
Was this a version upgrade of a previously installed Norton 360 program that had 273 days left?
Is it a online purchase or retail shop purchase?
Is it from Norton website?
If it is a retail purchase keep a scanned copy of your proof of purchase, before contacting support.
thanks
unfortunately I can't seem to connect with live chat, no matter what browser I use
thx
no, I put it on a second computer. funny thing is, the first computer says the same amount of days left. why does it not start at 365 days on a new computer?
thanks
bought from a retail store, staples to be exact
thanks

Hi Randy,
Your Subscription begins as soon as you activate Norton on the first computer. You get one subscription from that date.
I hope this helps.
Cheers, Dave.
Sorry, I meant one Year Subscription from that date.
