Good evening
I sold my old phone and forgot to migrate VIP Access to the new phone. I didn’t care at the time because I thought I had the backup codes on a cloud drive, but I can’t find the file.
It turns out I can’t log into my Norton account because it has 2F authentication enabled, and after entering the username and password, it asks me for either the backup code or the VIP Access code.
How can I log back into my account?
