Hallo, ich bin neu hier und habe ein Problem! Ich habe gestern 2.1.2025 über 2GoSoftware 2x Norton Deluxe gekauft und gestern die ersten 3 Geräte installiert. Nun wollte ich heute meine nächsten 3 Geräte installieren, aber in meinem Abonnement stehen nur noch 3 Geräte und nicht 6 Geräte. Gestern standen die anderen 3 Geräte noch drin. Wie komme ich an meine bezahlte 2. Norton Deluxe? Über Hilfe wäre ich sehr dankbar!

To access your second Norton Deluxe subscription, you need to verify if both product keys are associated with your single Norton account. If they are on separate accounts or simply not appearing correctly, you must contact Norton support to combine the subscriptions or resolve the display issue.
Verify Purchase from 2GoSoftware: Since you purchased from 2GoSoftware, ensure you received two distinct product keys. You need both keys to activate two separate subscriptions within the same Norton account.
Enter the Second Product Key (If Missing): If only one subscription is listed under “My Subscriptions”, you can try to manually enter the second product key:
In the My Subscriptions tab, look for an option to “Enter a Key or PIN” or “Activate”.
Enter the 25-character product key you received for the second subscription from 2GoSoftware and follow the prompts.
Note: It is possible to have two active, separate subscriptions under one Norton account. Support can help ensure both are recognized and that you can install the software on your remaining devices by sending a download link to each new device from within the portal.
