I have renewed a N360 multi device license and installed the new licenses on 4 computers. In Norton Management it only shows three. The OS of the computer that does not show is W8. The other computers are W8, W7 & XP.
If I go to My Account - Product Details it shows 4 of 5 seats used and all the installed computers show up. I have no doubt that I am activated and protected but can't figure out why Norton Management does not show it. In another thread it was suggested to go to the computer in question and from the GUI open Support - Subscription status which should have made Norton Management recognize it but it did nothing.
Any suggestions or am I needlessly concerning myself over this?
In N360 that setting is under Settings: Administrative Settings. It is about the 7th down the list.
