3 years later and N360 On-line backup is still an unreliable joke

Why or more importantly is it that a product that says it provides a professional and reliable on-line backup still can't backup successfully? I see posts from 2010 and still I have the same problems that are considered solved. Now 2 of my saved back-up sets are missing from my N360 so have become 'disconnected' from the on-line storage as they are there on nobu.backup.com Still waiting for the L2 support to take over the case - gave up waiting after 2 hours from the supposed L1 handover.

I have re-installed the product more times than I care to count, 1st line support at Norton just follow the script and hey get the same results as I do and give up or say they have passed the call to L2 but they never take over the case.......

Perhaps someone senior and technically competent will read this and get in touch and provide a working solution to recover the backup sets in N360 so I can continue to update them on-line as deleting and backing up 100Gb AGAIN IS NOT THE SOLUTION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am just trying to run a backup to the on-line secure storage - a feature it says it has so nothing special or really complicated.

I had 3 backup sets defined that worked (sometimes) but very unreliable as more times that not they reported the error - backup device not available please try later etc!!!!! - Useless error as the backup never created the 'hex.arc or hex.mov' files that are passed to the on-line storage, just SR1, SR2, & SRT files created.

Now 2 of the 3 backup sets that were defined in N360 (i.e. where the backup set is defined have disappeared (the backed up files are still visible from nobu.backup.com) so it is not possible to restore from those sets within N360 or add new files as if I re-create the backup sets it creates a new backup not linked to the original so it will try to backup the 100GB already backed up.

TRied the location refresh etc and L1 failed yesterday to resolve and even failed to pass to L2 - 25 years as an IT professional and this is the worst support and product for errors I have used.
