3038,103 error during "Full Scan" scan

This is on Windows 8.1.1 x64 Professional.

 

After installing the new Norton Security Beta, I ran a Full Scan.  During the scan, Norton encountered a 3038,103 error.  The scan stopped and Norton attempted to run an AutoFix, but was unsuccessful.  It states the Error Class as 0xD66739A1.

 

Do not experience this issue with NIS 2014.
