If you are saying your 360 is expired, that is why you cannot use LiveUpdate or any other function of 360. You will need to renew or purchase another key.
There could be a couple of things that are triggered monthly. Check your settings for a full system scan. If the schedule is set for 30 days, try setting that to 1 or 2 days to see if that triggers the error.
Another item that may trigger action is the monthly security report. Check in settings, and look for a setting for Monthly Report. In NIS it is under Settings - General - Other Settings. Maybe someone using 360 can guide you for your product. You cannot change the schedule, but you can turn the feature off.
