I got this error, but couldn't figure out the instructions to fix it, and was afraid to try it. I Called Norton, they remoted my system and fixed it for me. No problem till just a few minutes ago and it popped up again BUT it said the new anti virus they put in fixed it automatically ! What a relief.... they were wonderful to work with for an older lady who is computer illiterate !. Give them a call 24/7.... I was so pleased with the service.
