360 Backup needs to include versioning to combat CryptoLocker

You need to be able to set backup to keep multiple versions of the backedup files if you're going to have any chance to recover from a CryptoLocker infection.

Hi bgc99

If you backup to online storage you can retrieve the previous back up, click here.  If you have 360 standard it allows 2gb and 360 premier allows 25gb if its Comcast you’ll need to check.

FYI intesec, Comcast does not provide any Online storage. It used to provide a thrid party Online storage (something like 2 GB for free and more for a price) but that is no longer offered - so the only storage available for Comcast Norton Security Suite users is an external drive (as it isn't smart to back it up to the internal HDD, although possible).
