360 - chromebook - chat cookies

Hi all

New chromebook - web suggested android works, it doesn't. Trying to get refund - in loop to get chat working. Tried all of the fixes in the previous thread and still get cookie issue blocking chat.

Is there a mail address for refunds please?

Norton has not used email for support for many years now.
