I am a 360 subscriber. I just got a new laptop and tried to download 360. I logged in, went to my subscription page, and clicked add a new device. It sent me to a link for a 360 downloader. The link is broken. All of the links the Norton website sent me to for downloading 360 gave an error message that the file is missing or has been deleted. Obviously I cannot download 360 anymore, even though the Norton website itself still tells me to! I have a subscription that doesn't expire until next year. I tried downloading Internet Security and using the product key for 360 from my account. That didn't work. So how does Norton expect me to be able to use my subscription for 5 computers if I can't download 360 anymore? I tried live chat to ask the question and I was 58th in line, so forget that. I tried calling customer service, waited 43 minutes to speak to somebody that couldn't understand or speak English. I am beyond frustrated with the poor quality of the website and the customer service.
Can anyone tell me how to get 360 onto my new laptop using the subscription I already paid for without 1) Paying for an Internet Security subscription or 2) Wasting any more of my time on the phone or computer for help from Norton?
