360 full scan and backup defaultset help

I ran am running a full scan on my 360 V5.1.0.29 , the Live update/ Virus and Spyware Scan/ Internet Explorer Temp Files /Windows Temp Files and the Disk Optimization ran fine., however the Backup-DefaultSet has been running now at completed 99% for almost 5 hours.  Any suggestions?  Thanks in advance.

Is the Backup-Default set configured to Online Backup or to the Local drives?
