how does one upgrade/change from 360 premium to 360 gamer? Also, as I'm here, how do you change utility premium to utility ultimate-and is there any difference?
as it goes, i noticed on the 'my norton' page i only have 3 licences, even though i have premier 360 and should have 10 multi device licences... whats up with that? think i might be moving elsewhere as it looks like Norton may be trying to pull the wool over my eyes...
I also had a separate subscription for mobile products, but recent subscription information shows all devices under the 360 subscription. This seems to happen during installation of mobile 360 when you log into your Norton Account. It ties your product to the 360 subscription. So when you say you see 6 devices, that would indicate that you do have the 360 Premier subscription.
What name is given to your subscription in the Norton Account?
I would cancel all standalone subscriptions from Google Play as the features are covered in your 360 product. Also uninstall the separate Norton VPN app on the mobile devices and just leave the 360 Android app.
yup, when the option came up on the taskbar menu to upgrade to newer version i did, but the status of my subscription didn't change... as for how many licenses..it shows it on the norton splash page(the new one) and on my account on the website..... it shows i have 6 devices, but thats for the 3 licences from mobile norton 360 aswell as 3 devices 360 premier... i also subbed seperately to vpn for mobile, subbed via google play store, however, this seems to have blocked my vpn on pc.... and to top it all off, norton live chat doesn't work, and yes, i did check cookies are enabled..
Did you check in your Norton Account to see what subscription level is listed there?
How did you upgrade to the 360 Premium? You should have gotten a new product key for that new subscription? Try entering that key into your current 360 product by clicking on Help > Enter Product Key at the bottom right.

Thanks for the reply, but the problem is still that i've only got 3 licences, although i have premier 360, pay the full amount for 360, and not getting the 10 licences and bundled vpn.... syncing unfortunately does not change that...at the moment, the only way it seems i'll get the 10 licences, is to let the subscription lapse, and repurchase 360 new- it shouldn't have to be like this, because i bought an earlier version and paid full whack on the subscription ever since... likely be moving elsewhere, as i hate companies that don't automatically bump up the allowances to meet what they currently sell the same product for..its like a new owner bonus but sod the loyal customers you already have...

To check what subscription you actually have you need to log into your Norton Account at https://my.norton.com . Click on the user icon at the top right and click on Manage My Subscriptions. Scroll down to find your current subscription.
From your device, open the 360 classic interface and click on Help > Subscription Status to sync your device with the Norton Subscription servers.
