Just wanted to post here as well, I tried the Support Chat and the rep disconnected on me before he was done.

Seems like you may be running an older version of N360, can you check your version number please in the top right corner of the main interface click 'About Norton 360'.

If you are running V1 let us know so we can direct you on how upgrade to V2 for free.
