I have 360 running with XP svce pk 3
My live update constantly fails to instal the updates
On 3 occassion in Dec your technical Bods have taken control of my computer to rectify.
Each time theyve failed. The last two saying the update fixes are not ready.
On one occassion they uninstalled my 360 & left me with NO protection, so I had to reinstall again myself, except this time I had missing, ALL the previous updates, & this meant my computer was exposed to new viruses.
I lost loads of down time & it cost me a lot of money.
Obviously theres a BIG problem with 360, which means I have been sold something that does not work.
My computer runs slow with 360 on it & fine when its not. So its very heavy & doesnot work.
The product is not fit for purpose & I expect my money to be refunded.
I am aghast that the boffins are unable to sort this out.
The update has had one problem or another constantly, but now its been more than 6 weeks with this new problm & still its not fixed.
Thats not what I call support.
