360 Premium renewal - 3 devices or 5 devices in Australia

I converted from Internet Norton Security to Norton 360 Premium, 5 devices, purchased in Australia from a retailer, eventually installed 12 Months ago and now due for renewal

When I click on renew from Norton 360 in Windows, I'm offered a lower price for renewing online
The price doesn't say Australian $ so I'm concerned that I will be charged in $US plus GST plus an International transaction fee

When I look at the Norton Australia webpage (https://au.norton.com/products) , there is only a 360 Premium 3 Device offered for A$ 99.99 and no 5 Device pack

As usual, renewing a Norton product every 12 Months with a retail key has always been a problem
I've turned off the compulsory "automatic" renewal so I can decide when and how much I pay for renewal

Is the online renewal price in Australian dollars or something else

Have you checked with the same retailer you originally purchased the 5 device subscription?

You could try contacting Norton Support to ask about the 5 device subscription.   www.norton.com/contactcs

Maybe @Krusty13 can comment here?

I just changed my VPN region to Australia and typed in norton.com. Under products and services I get this web page https://au.norton.com/products/norton-360-deluxe?inid=nortoncom_nav_norton-360-deluxe_homepage:home   which is the one I think you are referring to. The amounts here are listed in Australian dollars and for first year subscribers.

When I use USA VPN and click on the same page I get the products offered to US customers in US dollars. My conclusion is that you would need to use the Australian web page to renew but do not be fooled by first time subscribers which you are not I assume.

Very confusing to me also but I do not think you would eligible for the US products but maybe others here will know.
