360 shutting off AV & AS with shut down

Within the last week, everytime I shut down my Win 7 system, Norton 360 v 4 shuts down AV and AS.  I must then reactivate it to turn it on.  Prior to this it had been working normally.  I have looked at all type of settings but cannot find where this is coming from
